About Us

I, Don Walker, have been a registered tax agent and accountant since 1978.

I have a Commerce degree with Honors and a Law degree. My Honors thesis involved the development of a computer model for evaluating major capital projects, particularly in the Mining Industry which included - at the time, all the provisions of the tax act.

The modeling skills developed have been used in carrying out due diligence on numerous management rights acquisition.

With over thirty five years in public practice, I have extensive exposure to all sorts of business and in particular had three years experience in the venture capital industry as investment manager and company secretary.
